It has a natural earthy smell, and is free from dyes, fragrances, sodium hydroxide, bleaching agents, colourants, and other synthetic ingredients.
It can be dark brown or light brown. its colour will change to chocolate brown if we add other ingredients like honey, herbs or oils.
The plant-based nature of the ingredients makes authentic African Black Soap safer and more beneficial for the skin than chemical soaps.
